Job Summary

The Tooling Digital Operations Specialist I contributes to the global fulfilment process of tools by providing direction and direct contribution to the following: order fulfilment, systems support, data quality, global KPI maintenance, order tracking, and other operational activities for the Tooling Global Operations Team. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drives assigned tool centers to Global Tooling KPIs and supporting metrics
  • Provides business intelligence to region and assigned tool centers with reference to tooling fulfillment and mangement
  • Provides guidance and overall platform support to assigned tool centers and other stakeholders for all tooling digital platforms
  • Connects with vendors to obtain and negotiate quotes for digital operations projects at direction of management team
  • Partners with Quality team to assist in analysis of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and other onsite Quality measures
  • Works closely with tool centers to gain operational understranding and develop field driven digital operations processes
  • Utilizes data and subsequent analysis to assist in fulfillment disputes and escalations as required by global operations team
  • Works directly with SAP Ariba to provide technical support to tool centers and escalates when necessary to sourcing team
  • Works directly with SAP ETM to provide technical guidance to tool centers and escalates when necessary to ERP Support Team
  • Works directly with Sales Force to provide real time analysis and technical guidance to tool centers and escalate when necessary to Sales Force Support Team
  • Works on Global Projects at direction of Global Tooling Operations Director and Global Tooling Operations Manager
  • Provide general operations and guidance to Tooling Coordinators, Facility Managers and Logistics team as necessary
  • Coordinates testing of all major digital platform enhancements
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
  • Travel may be required

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of related industry experience
  • 2+ years of practical SAP Experience
  • 2+ years of practical Sales Force Experience
  • Experience in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables
  • Experience leading cross functional projects

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
  • High familiarity with Tooling ETM (Enterprise Tooling Management)
  • High familiarity with FieldCore Sales Force (Service Manager Work Bench)
  • Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
  • Ability to effectively interface with executive leadership
  • Ability to work independently when needed with little direction
  • Highly effective in a matrix environment; influence and motivate geographically dispersed and diverse teams to realize strategic visions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
The weekly salary range for this position is $1048.08 to $1728.85.  This is an exempt from overtime position.  Additional compensation may be paid when employees exceed 40 billable hours in a week.  FieldCore benefits include medical insurance.  Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.
